Luit School of Business is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Rimpi Medhi, based in Guwahati, Assam, India. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Luit School of Business.

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and any details you submit through our application, enquiry or payment forms.
• Payment information: when you pay tuition or fees, the payment is processed by our payment partner. We receive confirmation of the payment status and a reference, but we do not collect or store your full card, bank or UPI credentials.
• Technical information: basic data your browser sends automatically, such as device type, browser, and general usage of the site, used to keep the website working and secure.

3. How we use your information

We use your information only for legitimate purposes, including to:

• Process and respond to your application or enquiry.
• Process tuition and fee payments and send you receipts.
• Communicate with you about admissions, your enrolment and our programs.
• Operate, maintain and improve our website and services.
• Meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay Software Private Limited (Razorpay). When you make a payment you are also subject to Razorpay’s own terms and privacy policy. Card, bank and UPI details are entered on Razorpay’s secure systems and are never stored on our servers.

5. Cookies

Our website may use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you disable them.

6. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:

• Service providers: trusted partners who help us run the school, such as our payment processor (Razorpay) and our email provider, who may process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

We keep your information only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
