luitschool.com is operated by Luit School of Business, a sole proprietorship owned by Rimpi Medhi, based in Guwahati, Assam, India. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Luit School of Business, and “you” refers to the user, applicant or student.

• Online payments are collected securely through our payment partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited (Razorpay). By paying you also accept Razorpay’s applicable terms.
• Your enrolment is confirmed only once the applicable fee is received and acknowledged by us.
• Applicable taxes, if any, are payable in addition to the stated fees.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Enrolment fees are not refundable, except in the limited cases set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please read that policy before making a payment.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and course materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
